1. Service Overview
http://quadbike.ae/ (the “Site”) is owned and managed by ESA Tours. This website provides thrilling desert adventure experiences, including quad biking(Major), dune buggy rides, and desert safaris. By accessing or using this Site and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the website and participation in any of our activities.
2. Booking and Payment Policy
- Full payment for all tours and activities must be made at least 48 hours or 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date.
- If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further notice.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Activities will be canceled without refund if participants fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
4. Activity Modifications and Cancellations
ESA Quad Bike Dubai reserves the right to:
- Cancel, reschedule, or modify any tour or activity with or without prior notice.
- Make changes due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, equipment issues, government regulations, safety concerns, or supplier-related problems.
In such cases, we may offer a full or partial refund or reschedule the activity at our discretion.
5. Health, Fitness & Safety Requirements
- Our activities are physically demanding and may not be suitable for everyone.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to participate.
- If you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must inform our staff in advance.
- We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe your health or safety may be at risk.
All participants are required to:
- Wear the safety gear provided
- Follow the instructions of our trained tour guides at all times
Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the activity without refund.
6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
- All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
- ESA Quad Bike Dubai accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, accident, damage, or death during or resulting from participation in our activities.
- Participants are strongly advised to have adequate travel and health insurance covering such activities.
7. Non-Transferability and Commercial Use
- Any tour, service, or item purchased from ESA Quad Bike Dubai is non-transferable.
- You may not use any part of our services for commercial, resale, or promotional purposes without our explicit written consent.
8. Lost & Found
- Forgotten or lost items found during our tours will be kept for a period of 3 months.
- After this period, unclaimed items will be disposed of responsibly.
- ESA Quad Bike Dubai is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. You are encouraged to take care of your valuables at all times.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
